Tune in Wednesday 9:30-ish WMAY

Kirk Farah has hosted a morning show from 9 to noon on WMAY (AM) for a few years now, and I’m a fan of the man. We met a few months ago when a B-17 “Sentimental Journey” of the Commemorative Air Force visited the airport. After a ride in the ’17 I showed him the AeroKnow Museum — in early development at the time — and we talked about me visiting the downtown studio. When he invited me to come by October 13, I gladly agreed.

I wish the collection were better put-together by now to be ready for additional visitors likely to be generated by my appearance on his show, but I recognize the effort needs a shot in the arm.

So, please tune in and give a listen about 9:30 and comment below if you like what you hear.

CAVU and happy landings.
