November 28 – Cessna 421B

Saturday, November 28 — In at 8:05 very chilly, stormy clouds and windy, only the two Mooneys on the ramp. Worked at employer 9 to 2 and culled A LOT of FlyPast articles. Back to AKM and put things from yesterday’s model club meeting away. I need to limit time to necessary correspondence, the AKM blogs and Facebook and spend the rest of NEXT WEEK WORKING ON MODELS in WELCOME and PROCESSING ROOMS. After next week I intend to spend 90% of every Wednesday (based on a typical 10 hour day out here) to coincide with model club meetings. We shall see. On returning to AKM saw a local V-tail Bonanza and visiting Cessna Golden Eagle on the ramp. Phot’d the Cessna. It’s terrific in the WELCOME Room with the door closed. Warm and almost toasty. Revised the LincFly to include a bid for help with funding publication of the JTW book and emailed it to MANY people. Will do the Guestbook list e Sunday.  Posted the first AKM Gallery gallery in a long time: Beech (Pilatus) T-6B and worked on pictures until 7; then worked on YB-49 model. Nice visit with a friend from down the hall. Pretty tired at 9 so I went home for dinner and bed. Day rating: A

Pictures are of the Cessna 421B Golden Eagle I photographed November 28, 2015.
