December 7 — Challenger 300 & Mooney M20F

Monday, December 7 — In at 9:15 after visit to bank. VERY FOGGY. Phot’d Mooney on ramp in fog. Couldn’t see 300 feet. Later phot’d a visiting Bombardier Challenger 300 after the fog had lifted. Worked on finances a little. Had to go by Parkway Printers to pick up some copies Proprietor Chuck had finished for me. Then went grocery shopping for some things I can’t live without: peanut butter, coffee and wine; returned to AKM. Fiddled with photo software I had screwed up yesterday and . . . . finally fixed it. Culled articles from a bunch of FLYING magazines. Saw Chuck M. for the first time since October (I think); had a short and cordial conversation with him at the service counter. Always a treat to encounter him in or out of AKM. Jay B. brought around cookies that tasted so good I bet is lovely wife made them. DELICIOUS. THANKS JULIE! THANKS JAY! John S. brought by hard copies of the November Lincoln Flyer — THANKS AGAIN JOHN! Processed more pictures, culled some more articles from magazines and went home via grocer at 9:00. Day rating: B+
