January 18

Monday, January 18 — In at 9;20, sunny, calm and 2 degrees outside. A day of many little forward steps. A day when I wanted to pitch or donate all the file folders of articles of aircraft and aviation related so I can concentrate on photography. Copied a BUNCH of pics taken in Chicago while visiting a friend a few years ago. It’s freezing cold up there. I can’t do anything in the ProcRm or IntaRum, dang it. I’m too far behind with other matters to touch a model project in the WelcRm. Cleaned a lot of notes off the wall around my desk. I need to do more. The desk looks like the junkyard set of Sanford and Son. PRINTED the AKM log for 2015 but left the file on computer. Processing and organizing pictures has captured my focus and I am way, way, WAY behind with that work. I MUST get cracking with saving images to CDs! I dread the snow forecast for Tuesday and hope there’s enough money in my account to mail some more books Tues morn and visit some places to deliver books for review. Departed for home with books to deliver and mail at 5:30. Day rating: D. (Tuesday morning post script: There was enough money in the bank . I’m in good shape for the rest of January.)
