FINISHED SORTING BATCH ONE– HoooRAY! Had a visitor who had visited last year, a CFI and his student in a Piper Arrow. When I walked with them into the lobby I saw a surprise visitor: King Air 300 with elint gear. Phot’d it from the fence; also a Grumman Traveler with a sun-worn paint. Pilot gave me permission to phot it o the ramp. He was weather diverted to SPI. Processed pictures the rest of the day. Also said hello to Norm W. who delivered AHEC membrership info for Gene B. Posted a picture of General Harry Holesinger whose obit was in the day’s paper in Parting Shots on Fb. Had to be home early because of a promise upstairs residents. Had a good night. Departed at 5:40. Day rating A.

Pictures were taken Thursday afternoon.

The Grumman Traveler owner/pilot told me the airplane was made the year he was born. Nice fellow. Said he’s flying it a lot to build hours
