April 24

Sunday, April 24 — In at 7:15, sunny and calm, Mooney and DA-42 on ramp. Processed pictures until noon. Took no pictures all day. I’m still very sore from my fall Saturday at employer. Walked to terminal for vending machine snack lunch and after enjoying it, went upstairs and napped about  an hour with head on desk pillows I really need a mattress off the floor up there. Processed magazines. Made extraordinary progress moving some The Vintage Airplane into new arrangement, arranging Flight Journals  and putting Air Classics, World War I Aero and FlyPast into optimal shelves in Surplus Room. Came down to office at 4:00 and processed a TON of V-22 pictures before stopping at 7:00. Excellent Half an hour in the Process Room working on 1/72 Chinook model for first time in weeks. Made small but important progress there before leaving at 7:40 for home. Day rating: A.
