May 14 – Piper Super Cub

Sat, May 14 —  In at 7:05, overcast, cool. Processed pictures and worked in Magazine Room before getting  together some magazines to cull for articles. Off to employer and had an excellent day there for AKM. Accomplished a LOT; got along just fine with George. Back to airport and phot’d a big tundra-tire Piper Super Cub perfectly parked. Went back and phot’d it in dusk light. Conceived and committed to starting OPERATION PLASTIC RESOLVE: working on finishing  plastic kits started years ago. Spent rest of the day in Magazines Room, making excellent progress and cleaning up  some  of the clutter. Back to office about 7 and headed home at 8:10. Day rating:  A

Pictures are of the visiting Saturday  Super Cub. He departed Sunday about 8 am. Tomorrow’s post will include close-ups of the airplane and his departure.
