AeroKnow Interview on WMAY Podcast

I totally enjoyed my October 13 interview with Kirk Farah at WMAY’s downtown studio a few weeks ago. I arrived at 9:15 so I could get a feel for the studio and we could discuss what we wanted to cover when the microphones were “hot.” We did this during commercial breaks and news. I had met Kirk in June, flown with him in the Commemorative Air Force’s B-17 “Sentimental Journey” and shown him the start of AeroKnow Museum, coming together early into the effort. Details and pictures of the experience were posted earlier at this blog. It was the best half-hour segment that we could have sandwiched between the 9:30 local news and 10:00 national, and I left the studio a happy mother’s son. Before I departed, he promised a podcast of the chat would be posted at WMAY’s web site, and on October 21, it was. You can hear every minute of it by visiting www.wmay.com and clicking on “podcasts” in the menu on the left. Scroll down to the October 13 Kirk Farah with Job Conger. I think you’ll enjoy the podcast. I sure did.

CAVU and happy landings!
